RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ESTABLISHING
OFFICE HOURS FOR THE OFFICES LOCATED AT 25 COUNTY CENTER DRIVE,
OROVILLE, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, office hours for the Caunt~,~ of Butte are established ir.
Chapter 2, Section 2.1 of the Code of Butte County, California,
and except as provided otr~erwise by law ar resaluti_on of the
Board of Supervisors;
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to enhance the .Level of
services +~o the citizens of Butte County by expanding public
accf~sss hears of all Cotanty operati ores;
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, on September 23, 1997, adopted
the Final Budget for 1997-98, to include appropriations
sufficient to expand. the public access hours of all offices
located at 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, California;
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, on September ?_3, 1997, adopted
Resolution 97-125, to implement this expansion an. November 1,
1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective November 1, 199'7,
the office hours for the offices located at 25 County Center_
Drive, Oroville, California, known as the Administration Center,
to wit, Administration, Assessor, Auditor - Controller, Clerk_ -
Recorder, County Counsel, District Attorney (Criminal. Division),
Elections, Personnel, Treasurer - Tax Collector, shall_ Have as

Friday, excepting legal holidays as defined in Butte County
Personnel Rules and appropriate Collective Bargaining Memoranda

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of supervisors on
this 28th day of October 1997, by the fo1_lowing vote:
