ORDINANCE N0. ~~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 942 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 942 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a} That Section No. 24, entitled "H05PTTAL" be
amended by deleting therefrom one (1) Account Clerk TII, Range 23,
changing the total from 202 to 201.
(b) That Section No. 44, entitled "WELFARE" be
amended by deleting therefrom one (1) Social Service Practitioner
I, Range 33, and adding thereto one (1) Social Service Worker III,
Range 30.
2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fif teen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 28th day of May, 1968,
by the following vopptegg:II

NOES: NONE.
