RESOLUTION REVISING OFFER OF RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION
(CANYON RIM PLACE - HENNING PARCEL MAP, BOOK 87, PAGES 92, 93)
WHEREAS, the County previously approved the Robert E. Henning
Parcel Map identified above; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map included an offer of dedication of
Canyon Rim Place, sixty-foot wide non-exclusive easement far road
and public utility purposes ("easement"~, and that certain portion
being abandoned is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the affected property owners wish to abandon a
portion of said easement to a mutually agreed upon length and to
make an offer of_ dedication of said easement at its new length to
the County of Butte; and
WHEREAS, upon said abandonment, the offer of dedication of
said easement at its original length will not be necessary for the
public or County use; and
WHEREAS, the offer of dedication of the easement at its new
location, as described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto, may be
necessary for the public or County use at a future time; and
WHEREAS, the said offer of dedication to be revised is of
equal value; and
WHEREAS, said abandonment of a portion of the offer of
dedication of the easement in its original location will not cut
of any access to any person's property which, prior to abandonment,
adjoined said easement and will not terminate a necessary public
service easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte as follows:
1. The offer of dedication of the said easement in its
original location, as described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto, is
terminated and abandoned pursuant to Government Cade 66477.2 (c) and
Streets and Highways Code Section 8330 and is exchanged for the
offer of dedication described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto,
pursuant to Government Cade Section 25365.
2. Said termination and abandonment shall be effected upon the
recordation of this resolution and the following deeds and offer of
Dedication:

Township 21 North, Range 2 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, County of
Butte, State of California described as follows:
Being a portion of Parcels 1 and 2 as said Parcels are shown on
that certain Map filed for record in Parcel Map Book 87 at pages
92 and 93 in the Butte County Recorder's office and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of said Parcel
2 and the northerly line of Canyon Rim Place as shown on said Map;
Thence South 82°31'57" West, 137.50 feet along said northerly line
to the beginning of a curve concave northeasterly and having a
radius of 20.00 feet;
Thence along said line, Westerly, 22.56 feet along said curve
through a central angle of 64°37'23" to the beginning of a reverse
curve concave southeasterly and having a radius of 50.00 feet;
Thence Westerly, Southerly and Easterly, 213.47 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 244°37'23" to the southerly line
of said Canyon Rim Place;
Thence North 82°31'57" East, 200.75 feet along said southerly line
of Canyon Rim Place to said easterly line of Parcel 2;
Thence leaving said southerly line of Canyon Rim Place along said
easterly line, North 07°28'03" West, 60.00 feet to the point of
beginning.

93 in the Butte County Recorder's office and more particularly
described as follows:

Parcel 2, South 82° 31'57" West, 60.00 feet;
Thence along a line parallel with said easterly line, South 07°
28'03" East, 20.00 feet;
