BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the
cooperative agreement to provide fire protection service for local agencies, entered into between the
County of Butte and the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the period
July 1, 1997 through June ~0, 1998.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on the 10th day of
March, 1998 by the fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
NOES: None
