A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION AND CONTRACT EXECUTION
FOR FUNDING FROM THE COMMUNITY FACILITIES GRANT PROGRAM FROM
THE USDA RURAL DEVELOPMENT, AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF TIIE
VARIOUS REQUIRED GRANT AGREEMENT AND DOCUMENT
BE iT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervsiors as follows:
SECTION l: The Board of Supervisors hereby approves an application for $80,000 in
USDA Rural Development, Community Facilities Program Grant Funds to be utilized for funding of
the Southside Oroville Community Center.
SECTION 2: The Chair of the Butte County Board of Supervisors and the Chief
Administrative Officer or his designee are hereby authorized and directed to act on the County's
behalf in all matters pertaining to the application, including entering into and signing the grant
agreement and any subsequent amendments, and any other required documentation requiring county
signatures.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this 14th day
of t1p r i 1 , 1998, by the fallowing vote:
AYES' Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Jasiassen and Chair. Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
