RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXPAND THE POWERS
OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 128
(WILDFLOWER ESTATES SUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte intends to consider a
proposal to expand the powers of County Service Area No. 128 to include fire suppression
system maintenance; and
WHEREAS, on April 2, 1998, the Lacal Agency Formation Commission passed and
adopted Resolution No. 11 97/98 approving the Expansion of Powers of County Service
Area No. 128; and
WHEREAS, the Baard intends to levy a service charge to pay for services in this
area. The service charge will be assessed in accordance with Government Code Section
25210.10.77a and Butte County Code Section 21-85 through 21-90.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. The following type of service is proposed to be an additional extended
service to be provided within said County Service Area No. 128: fire suppression system
maintenance.
2. The area within which such extended services would be provided is the
existing area of County Service Area No. 128.
3. On June 9 , 1998, at to:00 a.m. a public hearing will be held
on the proposed Expansion of Powers of County Service Area No. 128 (Wildflower Estates
Subdivision).
4. The Clerk of the Board is authorized and directed to file a certified copy of
this resolution with the Executive Officer of the Butte County C_ocal Agency Formation
Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 28th
day of April , 1998 , by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSTAINS: None
ABSENT: None

Being a portion of Parcel No. 7 of the Lands of Kohlhoff and Gackstetter as shown on that
certain map filed for record in Book 7 of Maps, at page 35, in the office of Butte County
Recorder, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Parcel No. 7;
Thence leaving said Point of Beginning clang the North line of said Parcel No. 7 South 89°
36' 00" West, 1336.84 feet;
Thence leaving said North line South 00° 25' 03" East, 1053.27 feet to the North line of
Keefer Slough;
Thence along said North line of Keefer Slough the following courses;
