COUNTY AIRPORTS
BE IT Rl?SOLVED by the T3oard of Supervisors ofT3uttc County as follows:
WI {IiRI;AS, the Comprehensive Land Use Plans for Oroville Municipal Airport, Paradise AiB~ort, Ranchaero
Airport, and Chico Municipal Airport are out of compliance with California State standards; and
WI II?RF?AS, the Butte; County- Airport Land lJse Co~nrnission has resolved to bring the Comprehensive Land iJse
Plans into Stale compliance; and
WI II;REAS, the State of California has programmed $81,00000 to be used by the County of Butte to provide
Comprehensive band Use plans for Oroville Municipal Airport, Paradise Airport; Ranchaero Airport, and Chico Municipal
Airport; and
WI II ARIAS, the I ioa~~d of Supetvi:;ors has revicwc~ and hereby approves an application for up to $81,000.00; and
WI II?I21:AS, if the application is approved, the County will provide local leverage in the amount of $9,000.00, and
WIII?REAS, the Chief Administrative Utlicer is authorized to enter into anal si~m the agreement and any
amendments thereto with the State of California, and is authorised and directed to act on the County's behalf in all matters
pertaining to this application.
