FOR COUNTI' OF BUTTE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-1999
AS REQUIRED QY SECTION 7910, DIVIS[ON 9
OF "1~HE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT C'O[)E
Wi~EREAS, Article Xlli-I3 of the California Constitution provides that
local governments must establish annual appropriation limits pursuant to said Article, and;
~~~HEREAS, Section 7910, Division 9, af~ the Government Cade, provides
that the governing body of each local jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its
appropriations limit far the followin~~ _year at a re~~ularl_v scheduled meetin~~, and;
~l%(IFREAS, the ~~uditor-Controller has calculated the [3utte County
appropriations limit for fiscal year 1998-1999 to he 575,291,?86.
NOW, THERFFORI, BE IT RESOLVC~,I) that the appropriations limit for
Butte Cormt_y is established to be $75,291,286 for fiscal year 1998-1999, and;
FURTHER, that said appropriations limit, and the determination thereof
are in compliance with Article X1I I-E3 of the California Constitution.
PASSED AND ADOP"I'ED by the Board of Supervisors, County ~~>f Butte,
