RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT AND
SETTING HEARING OF PROTESTS
DRESCHER TRACT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
1. At the direction of this Board of Supervisors,
NORTHSTAR ENGINEERING, as Engineer of Work for improvement
proceedings in Drescher Tract Assessment District, County of Butte,
California, has filed with the Chief Administrative Officer and
Clerk of the Board the report described in Section 10204 of the
Streets and Highways Code (Municipal Improvement Act of 1913).
This Berard of Supervisors accepts the report without modification,
for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the improvements
described in the report.
2. This Board sets 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 11,
1998, at the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors, 25 County Center
Drive, Oroville, California, as the time and place for the public
hearing on the proposed improvements.
3. That the Chief Administrative Officer and Clerk of
the Board is directed to mail the notices of improvement required
by the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and to mail the
assessment ballots as required by Article XIIID of the California
Constitution and the Proposition 218 Omnibus Implementation Act,
and to file an affidavit of compliance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 23rd day of June,
1998, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair
Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
