RESOLUTION CONFIRMING EXTENSION OF CONTRACT TERM
WITH
STATE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES AND RESOURCE
DEVELOPMENT
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -SPECIAL PROJE :TS
COMMUNITY SERVICES DIVISION
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health, Spec;i~B
ProjectslCammunity Services Division has been granted an extension to Contract
Number 97F-1705; and
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health, Special
Projects/Community Services Division utilizes this funding to assist in the ongaing
Mentoring Program provided to youth which are considered at risk in Butte County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the term of this contract will now
be April 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998. The revenue amount has not changed
and remains $55,000.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 23'd
day of June 1998, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josias5en and Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
