RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN CONTRACT BETWEEGV
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PRORAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to
enter into Contract Number S0004 with the State Department of Alcohol & Drrug
Programs for Negotiated Net Amount and DrugiMedi-Cal; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement will be July 1, 1998 through June 30,
2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized to enter into this contract with the State Department of
Alcohol & Drug Programs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
23~d day of June 1998, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, ,Tosiassen and Chair Davis
