RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN CONTRACT BETWEEN
ISABEL SARINAS-MANUEL, M.D.
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to
enter into a professional services contract with Isabel Sarinas-Manuel, M.D. to provide
psychiatric services to clients of Behavioral Health; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement will be July 1, 1998 through June 30,
2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized to enter into this contract with Isabel Sarinas-Manuel,
M.D.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
14th day of July 1998, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Beeler
NOT VOTING: None ~~
