L'OU13'~.•` BOARD OF ~UPERVtSORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ~~~s~~~llfioTl ~~'~~. 98-121 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN WITH BLUE CROSS OF CALIFORNIA AND BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to enter into A Memorandum of Understanding with Blue Cross of California as a participant in the Healthy Families Program; and WHEREAS, the agreement begins July 1, 1998 and is has no expiration date. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is authorized to enter into this Memorandum of Understanding with the Blue Cross of California as a participant in the Healthy Families Program. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 11th day of August 1998, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan,Noux, Josiassen and Chair Davis NOES: None ABSENT: None ~~ NOT VOTING: None BRED C.
