RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN
WITH
HEALTH NET
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to
enter into A Memorandum of Understanding with Health Net as a participant in the
Healthy Families Program; and
WHEREAS, the agreement begins July 1, 1998 and is has no expiration date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized to enter into this Memorandum of Understanding with
the Health Net as a participant in the Healthy Families Program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
11th day of August 1998, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Roux, Josiassen and Chair Davis
