The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
On August 11, 1998, the Board of Supervisors opened the public hearing on the
resolution of intention and the engineer's report on the proposed improvement in
Drescher "I"tact Assessment District, Butte County, California.
At or before the time set for the hearing, certain interested persons made protests
or objections to the proposed improvement, the extent of the assessment district or the
proposed assessment.
`I'he Board hereby overrules each of these protests, written or oral.
'IThc Board finds that the protest against the proposed improvement (including all
written protests not withdrawn in writing before the conclusion of the protest hearings} is
made by the owners of less than one-half of the area of the land to be assessed for the
improvement.
PASSF,D AND ADOP"I'BD by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, on the l lth day of August, 19913, by the following vote:
