The I3oard of Supervisors of the County of I3uttc resolves:
On June 23, 1998, this I3oard of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 98-101, the
Resolution Accepting Deport and Setting Hearing of Protests in Drescher 'I"raet
Assessment T)istrict.
Subsequent thereto, there have been changes to the Cost Estimate and the
Property Owners' List in the Engineer's Keport. The Engineer of VGtork has prepared
an Amended Cost Estimate (Exhibit 13 of the I~cport) and an Amended Property
Owners' List (Exhibit E of the [Zeport) to reflect said changes.
't`herefore, this I3oard hereby approves said changes as reflected in exhibits I3
and E attached to this resolution and the Clerk of the I3oard is directed to attach a
copy of said exhibits to the Engineer's Reports which arc on file in his office.
PASSED AND ADOP'CED by the I3oard of Supervisors of the County of I3uttc,
State of California, on the 71th day of August, 1998, by the following vote:
