RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TO ENTER INTO
SINGLE CASE AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has been authorized
to enter into Singe Case Agreements; and
WHEREAS, the Director Behavioral Health or his designee is authorized to sign
Single Case Agreements as needed to provide services for clients of the Department of
Behavioral Health; and
WHEREAS, these letters of agreement document services to be delivered by the
Butte County Department of Behavioral Health; and
WHEREAS, the Payor or insurance carrier will reimburse the Department of
Behavioral Health for services detailed in the Single Case Agreement during the entire
course of treatment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized to enter into and sign Single Case Agreements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 22 ra
day of September 1998, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors, Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
