RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING INCREASED REVENUE IN THE
CONTRACT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health acknowledges and
authorizes increase in total revenues due to Butte County Department of Behavioral Health
by the State Department of Mental Health; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue is being increased from $365,218.00 by $300.00 for a
new maximum not to exceed $365,518.00: and
WHEREAS, Amendment necessary to provide funding to existing Phase II Medical
Specialty Mental Health Consolidation far Butte County Mental Health Plan for Inpatient and
Outpatient Consolidation; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement remains April 1, 1998 through June 30, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health acknowledges the increase in total revenues for FY 1998199 from the
State Department of Mental Health.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 27th
day of October 1998, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
