A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1998 PL 84-99 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THC
S'I'ATI, OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES AND COUNTY
OF BUTTE, FOR LANDS, EASEMENTS, AND RIGHTS-0F-WAY
WHI+.REAS, the County has requested Public Law 84-99 rehabilitation assistance to
restore flood damaged levees along the Mud Creek Flood Control Project;
WHEREAS, the Reclamation Board, acting through the California Department of Water
Resources, requires the County's acceptance of the terms of the proposed 1998 PL 84-99
Agreement Between the State of California, Department of ~~~ater Resources and t:he County of
Butte, for Lands, Easements, and Rights-of=Way•
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1) hhat said County on behalf of Coulity Service Area 24 approves the 1998 PL 84-
99 Agreement between the State of California, Department of Water Resources,
and the County of Butte. for Lands. F,asements and Rights-o1=Way.
PASSED AND ADOP"1'ED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 27th day of octaber , 1998, by the fo]lowing vote:
