SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATION
BLOCK GRANT
(S.A.M.H.S.A.}
FOR
FY '1998/99
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) has
authorization to accept funds from the California Department of Mental Health to accept
$140,761.00 in funding from federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services
Administration (SAMHSA) Block Grant,
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 1998 through June 30,
1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized to accept funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
10t" day of November 1998, by the following vote:
