HomeMy WebLinkAbout98-176~~~ i. ~ ~ ~ i s ~. < ~ ~. ~lt'SO~Ufll~il L~i~0. 98-176 RESOLUTION SETTING OFFICE HOURS FOR BUTTE COUNTY LIBRARY WHEREAS, Butte County Code Section 2-1 provides that the Board of Supervisors may adopt resolution specifying those office hours which a department will be open to public business transactions; and WHEREAS, the Butte County Library has received increased funding from the State Pablic Library Fund, and WHEREAS, this has allowed the Library to add the additional staff needed to increase public service hours NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors that the Library will be open to the public effective January 1, 1999 as follows: Chico Gridley Branch Tuesday 10-8 Monday 10-5 Wednesday 10-8 Tuesday 10-5 Thursday 2-6 Wednesday 2-8 Friday I 0-5 Thursday 2-~ Saturday 12-4 Friday 10-5 Bites Branch Durham Branch Tuesday 2-~ Tuesday 2-S,G-8 Thursday 2-5 Thursday 2-5 Oroville Branch Paradise Branch Tuesday 10-8 Tuesday 10-8 Wednesday 10-K Wednesday 10-8 Thursday 2-6 Thursday 2-6 Friday 10-5 Friday 10-5 Saturday 12-4 Saturday 12-~ Resolution No. 96-104 adopted September 10, 1996, is hereby rescinded in its entirety PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this 15~' day of ©ecember, 1998 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis NOES: None ABSENT: None NOT VOTING: None - ~~~ ~,_ f r~ is : -z -7 Chairman, Board of Supervisors Couniv of Butte, State of California ATTEST: John S.
