WHEREAS, the County of Butte adopted Resolution 97-49 on April 22, 1997 establishing
a policy management of stori~n damage projects under $30,000; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution 97-49 was amended on August 12, 1997 by Resolution 97-97,
on August 26, 1997 by Resolution 97-1 13, and on December 23, 1997 by Resolution 97-171
extending the policy to include other specific projects within the authorization.
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors. that Resolution
97-171 is amended by increasing the estimated construction cost as follows:
h. Butte Creek at Durham IV'lutual Water Company Dam (DSR No. 4230-97-4) from
$100,000 t~ $130,000_
