AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF BUTTE COUNTY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE
NOS. 475, 522 and 767 OF BUTTE COUNTY AND
AMENDING "A-3" (Agricultural) ORDINANCE
NO. 937 OF SAID COUNTY'
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali-
~.fornia, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, being the Zoning
'Enabling Ordinance of said County as amended by Ordinance Nos. 522
band 767, and amending A-3 (Agricultural) ordinance No. 937 of said
County, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.

Section 1 of Ordinance No. 937 of Butte County is amended by de-
b feting property owned by Mae H. Dailey, identified as Assessor
:Parcel 37-75-01, and particularly described as follows:

As spawn by the amended map attached and
as shown on Butte County Map in the office
of the Butte County Planning Commission and
in the office of the Butte County Clerk.
The foregoing amendment to "A-3" (Agricultural) Ordinance No. 937
said County-shall take effect thirty (30) days after the passage
same, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after such
sage the foregoing amendment shall be published once with the

VILL'E MERCURY-REGISTER , a newspaper published in the County
Butte, State of California.
