RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION RELATING TO
ESTABLISHING POLICY
NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION SERVICES (NRCS)
STORM DAMAGE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Vb'HEREAS, the County of Butte adopted Resolution 98-]4l on September 1, 1998
establishing a policy management of storm damage projects under $30,000; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution 98-141 was amended on October 3l, 1998 by Resolution 98-
154, extending the policy to include other specific projects within the authorization.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors, that Resolution
98-154 is amended by increasing the estimated construction cost as follows:
d. Pine Creek at Cana Road Levee Repair (L~SR No. 4230-98-07) from $45,000 to $50,000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors, State of California
this 12th day of January 1999 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Davis, Floux, Josiassen and Chair Dolan
