CONTRACT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health acknowledges and
authorizes decrease in total revenues due to Butte County Department of Behavioral Health
with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs for Negotiated Net Amount and
DrugiMedi-Cal; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue is being decreased from $1,992,033 by $177,770 for
the FY 1997/98 NNAIDrug Medical Contract; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue shall not exceed $1,814,263; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement remains July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health acknowledges the decrease in total revenues for FY 1997198 NNAIDrug
Medical Contract with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 12cn
day of January 1999, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Hour, Josiassen, Davis, and Chair Dolan.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
