FOR FUNDING FROM THE
PLANNING AND "hECHMCAL ASSISTANCE ALLOCATION
OF "fHF, STATE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM
TO FUND AN ASSESSMENT OF THE
STIRLING CITY SEPTIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, (CSA 82}
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Butte County as follows:

The Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves an application for $27,000 to be used
in the following manner:
Septic System Assessment: $23,000.00
General Administration: $ 1,350.0(?
1999 Grant Preparation: S 2,650.00
SECf_L41~_2.
If the grant application is approved, the County wil] provide local leverage as follows:
Cash Match (CSA 82): $ 810.00

The Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized and directed to act on the County's behalf in
all matters pertaining to this application.
If the application is approved, the Chief Administrative Officer is authorized to enter into and sign
the grant agreement and any amendments thereto with the State of California for the purpose of this
grant.

of California, on the 23rd day of March , 1999, by the following vote:
