RESOLUTION CONCI?,RNING CHANCES IN MAINTAINED MIL,EAGi?.
L~~1'TEIIN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Section 21? I of the Streets and I lighways Code provides that in Ma}~ of each year County shall
submit to the DcparUnent ol"fransportatioil- State of California, any additions to or exclusions from its mileage of
maintained County roads, specifying the termini and milca~~e of each route added or excluded: and
WHEREAS, the Department of ~-ransportation, State of California, certified io the State Controller on
March 31, 1998, that the total milea~~e of maintained County roads in Butte County was 1. ~6 X20 miles; and
WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that total milea~~e of maintained County roads is 1,3~8.~16 miles;
NOW, THEREFORE, l3E 1'T RESOLVED that the total mileage oi• maintained County reads be 1,3~8.df~
miles, as indicated in color on the maps marked Exhibit "11" and in accordance ~~~ith the additions, exclusions, or
c<n-rections to the tabulation marked I~.xhibit "B". Both exhibits are hereby made, by reference thereto, a part of this
resolution.
BE IT FURTHP,R RESOLVED AND ORDERED that duplicate copies of the hereinabave said Exhibit "A"
and "B" shall be tiled in the offiice of the Director of Public ~y~orla of the Count~~ of Butte.
