BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby
approves the cooperative agreement to provide fire protection service for local
agencies, entered into between the County of Butte and the California
Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the period July 1, 1998
through June 30, 1999.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on
the 25 cn day of May 1999, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houx, Josiassen, Davis and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None ,
