RESOLUTION DE'TI:RNIINING ASSESSMENTS REMAINING UNPAID
DItI:SCHER TRACT ASSESSMENT DIS'TRICT'
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
The County "Treasurer has filed a list of all payments received on account of
assessments levied in Drescher Tract Assessment District, County of Butte, California, and
a list of all assessments ar portions of assessments unpaid following the recordation of
the assessments.
A copy of the Paid and Unpaid List is attached to this resolution as Exhibit A and
included in it. 1'he County of Butte shall issue improvement bonds under the provisions
of the Improvement Bond Act of 1)15 of the State of California upon the security of the
assessments shown as unpaid on the attached list.
The Chief Administrative Officer and Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall
transmit a copy of this resolution to the County Auditor. '1'hc County Auditor is requested
to comply with. the provisions of Section 8682 of the Streets and Highways Cade in the
collection of installments of these assessment`s an the assessment rail far taxes.
Pursuant to Section 10312 (b) of the Streets and Highways Cade, the total annual
assessment for administrative costs shall be based on actual costs incurred but shall not
exceed 1.5% of the annual debt service levied upon each parcel of land, and shall be
collected annually on the County tax roll, beginning with fiscal year 1999-2000, until
changed by resolution of this Board. The Board of Supervisors finds that this annual
assessment exceeds neither the maximum annual assessment nor the reasonable estimate
of administrative costs actually incurred or likely to be incurred.

of California, on the 25th day of May, 1999, by the following vote:
