WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health acknowl~;clges its
responsibility to certify °Public School Sites" and "Satellite Sites" who provide .laeciali,;°
mental health services; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue to be received for FY 98/99 1~7at1 b~>
$1,464,573.00: and
2000.
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement remains April 1, 1998 through June 30,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Butte County Depa~~tment c~i
Behavioral Health acknowledges responsibility to certify additional sites and accepts i{'te
revenues from the State Department of Mental Health for FY 98/99.
