RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ElECUTION OF :!'TASTER AGREEMENT
TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY -STATE AGREEMENT NO. 000486
EFFECTIVE JUNE 24, 1999
FOR STATE FUNDED PROJECTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of $utte, State of
California, as follows:
That said County approve Master Agreement, Administering Agency-State
Agreement No. 000486, effective June 24, 1999, for State Funded Projects in Butte
County and the Chair of the Board be authorized to execute said Master Agreement
on behalf of said County. Master Agreement No. 000486 provides for reimbursement
of funds for qualified projects under the State Transportation Improvement Program
{STIP) or other programs defined in the Caltrans Local Assistance Pr-ograrn
Guidetines.
2. That the Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach a certified copy of this Resolution
to Master Agreement No. 00486.

California, this 24thday of August , ]999, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houx, Josiassen, Davis and Chair Dolan
