enter into Contract Number S0004 {98/99) with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug
Programs for Negotiated Net Amount and Drug/Medi-Cal; and
WHEREAS, the contract is being amended to reflect decreased r-even~it
allocations;
WHEREAS, the revenue is decreased from $1,886,271.00 by $58,678.00;
WHEREAS, the new total revenue is not to exceed $1,827,593.00;
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement remains July 1, 1998 through June 30,
2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health acknowledges the decreased revenue total regarding this contract
with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
28th day of September 1999, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houx, Josiassen, Davis and Chair Dolan
