Section 25210.14. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RF,SOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows: 1. The subject area includes approximately 4.5 acres of private propet~ty and is identified as APN 042-450-003. 4. 'The boundaries of the annexation to said County Service Area No. 25 are hereby determined and established to be the same as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference. 5. The subject annexation is assigned the following short form designation: 99-16 -Annexation to County Scrvicc Area Nn. 25 (Shasta Union Drainagc)~ 6.
