AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 987 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 987 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) 'That Section No. 11, entitled "BUTLDINGS AND
GROUNDS MAINTENANCE" be amended by deleting therefrom
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
25 1 Grounds Foreman
and adding thereto
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
21 3 Groundsman
(b) That Section No. 12, entitled "CENTRAL SERVICES"
be amended by deleting therefrom
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
20 1 Clerk II
and adding thereto
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
20 12 Clerk II
changing the total "No. of Positions" from 6 to 62.
2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
