4.08 Letter of Support - HR 2838 - Enhancing the Strength and Capacity of America's Primary
Evacuation routes Act (ESCAPE) - Per direction from the Board of Supervisors at the September
10, 2019 meeting, staff have prepared a letter of support for HR 2838 - Enhancing the Strength
and Capacity of America's Primary Evacuation routes Act (ESCAPE), which would establish a grant
program for projects that strengthen or expand existing evacuation routes; or construct new
evacuation routes — action requested - APPROVE LETTER AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN.
