Good day to all, We in Butte County have a problem, all count}~ oiTices and city offices are broke,
Evidently we are not going in the right direction because vve are still having to cut all our a#i~cial
offices, scl~aols, child programs etc. Since e~,•eryone agrees the medical marijuana laws are legal by
the state, but not the federal govennnent. But as i# is you supervisors are alrjeady breaking federal [aws.
So instead of 6uttinig heads Every time, let's think about the problems at hand.
1,The smell, why not make ail medical growers plant flowers that overtake the smell o#'
Medical plants = Solution 'o people it bothers.
2. The county has alzeady agreed accordingly with 215 - 6 plants. Why change you cannot go
less than 6 plan€s according to prop 215 that says you cannot ga less, you can only change
amount to more not less.
~.To charge only for medicinal plants is disczimination if you charge medicinal plants then you
have to charge all agricultural ar you are discriminating and you do rsat have a license io
control or charge for rnedieal plants, you are not a drug company.
4. Also we need. to thinlt ahead, if lawsuits are filed separately, who will be u+orking and
doing the jobs of supervisors if everyone is in. court constantly? If everyone will not
be doing their jobs, what will happen to Bttte County. As I write this I can tliixik of at
Ieast 40 separate lawsuits, I don`t think this is where we want to go.
5. Sa I propose to this prab:em in ?3utte Count} since according to Federal laws. we are all
breaking federal laws. Than ~vhy not have have Butte County open it's own dispensary
charge. Yz of what other Co-ops and stores cltarge_ As other Co-Qps see they cannot
competewith Butte County's Co-Op they will diminish as time goes.
Meanwhile l3utte County will sustain it`s own finances and all will share profits, DA`s
office, School board, E_re dept, Sherril•'s Office, Peoples taxes evervthiug in tl2is county
will be self sustained. We will also hot need to cut anything, every office in County; City
will not have to lay of;~r cut funds, because as you see there are a lot of patients to use
your services in Butte County. You wilt exceed your expectations.

assista,.nce ya u wool d probably save an.e half of what we are giving out every month.

As times get tougher we can make it easiez foz now and very profitable in the Future.
This Butte County Ca-Dp can be ran by the DA`s office or SherrifFs Dept_ aid a kna~rledgeable
person, To help 7A's oi~ice or Deputies. You will notice the more grofiL yon. make the less amount of
Co-Dps you will have. Please take the time t4 think this sll out an3 see how nice and self sustained
Butte County can be in these tough times.
