Information was posted on the website, BCSO Release 1 Paradise PD Release, social media, BCSO Facebook and Town Facebook, and the e-newsletter. • 211 Taking Calls for Fire Recovery o Fire survivors and residents may call 211 for fire recovery information.The JIC will provide 211 daily updates, but the primary source of information for 211 call takers will be the information provided at ButteCountyRecovers.org. • Household Hazardous Waste Debris Removal o Phase I is underway. EPA and DTSC will only conduct household hazardous waste removal operations in areas where evacuation orders have been lifted. EPA is coordinating closely with the Paradise Police Department and the Butte County Sheriffs Office to ensure EPA and DTSC crews are only in areas where residents have had the opportunity to return. o The statement above was posted to the Debris Removal webpage, social media,and the e-newsletter. o Additionally, EPA and DTSC will provide the JIC with anticipated work locations each morning to share on social media. • Consolidated Debris Removal Program FAQs 1 o Frequently asked questions about the consolidated Debris Removal Program are available on the Debris Removal webpage. We anticipate adding questions and answers to this list and creating a PDF document for download and to print shortly. • Right-of-Entry Center o The Right-of-Entry(ROE) Center opens Monday, December 10 at 202 Mira Loma Drive in Oroville. The ROE Center is the best place to return ROEs because staff can check for completeness and answer questions. Information posted to the Debris Removal webpage and the e-newsletter. The information is also included on the ROE forms. o ROEs can also be returned to the Environmental Health table at the Disaster Recovery Center in Chico. o ROES can be returned by mail: Attn: Environmental Health, 202 Mira Loma Drive,Oroville, CA 95965,or by e-mail, ROE@buttecounty.net. • Disaster Recovery Center—New Hours o Starting Sunday, December 9,the Disaster Recovery Centers in Chico and Oroville are open Monday through Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and closed Sunday.The DRC locations will close December 25, 2018 and January 1, 2019. Information was posted on the website, and the e-newsletter.The social posts will be shared tomorrow. • Distribution Sites for Relief Supplies o Relief supplies for fire survivors are available at the Municipal Auditorium in Oroville, Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chico,the Salvation Army in Chico, and First Assembly of God in Chico. The full list with addresses is on the Relief Supplies Distribution Sites webpage. • Traffic Control Along Skyway o One-way traffic control is anticipated from Pentz Road to the South Pines area along Skyway for the next 12 days to replace damaged guardrail. Information was posted on the website, social media, and the e- newsletter. Disaster Recovery Center • There are 11 County departments and divisions, along with the Town of Paradise, providing information at the Chico DRC.The most visited Chico booth was Environmental Health with 336 visits.
