Dear Ms. Royer,
Thank you for taking the time to write and let us know about the issues you encountered with the
B-Line bus service and one driver in particular. After looking further into this, it appears this
particular driver did not live up to the standards we ask of all our drivers and as such, as of last
week, is no longer in our employment.
I am sorry you had this bad experience with our system and we thank you for being a loyal
B-Line rider, As a gesture of our apology please accept the enclosed 30-Day Bus Pass,
compliments of B-Line.
