On Monday August 15, 2011, Pamela Posey delivered over 200 signature cards to the Board of Supervisors
Each card has the exact the same language requesting the Board approve the "Planning Commission's
recommendation to give the area off Centerville Road and Rim View Road a parcel designation on of one unit
per 40 acres."
A copy of one of the cards is attached as "Exhibit A." A list of the names of the individuals who signed the
cards is attached as "Exhibit 8." Many signatures andlor addresses were illegible.
The cards will be retained as part of Board Correspondence in my office. If you would like copies of each card to
retain in your district offices, please let me know.

Dear Butte County Board of Supervisors, June ZO11
As the General Plan 2030 Zoning Element is being completed I want to thank the
Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission and Development Staff for their
commitment and woxk with the community in planning Butte County's future.
As. a resident of Butte County I have paid special attention to Zoning and Land Use
Designations for Butte Creel; Canyon. I supported keeping Butte Creek Canyon rural
and agricultural, and developing an overlay with the purpose of protecting and
preserving the unique qualities of Butte Creek Canyon {Policy Goal COS-A62). Tae
support of this policy I am asking yon to approve the September 30, 2010, Planning
Comt~aaission's recommendation to give the area off Centerville Road and Rim View
Read a parcel designation of 1 uni# per 40 acres.
Again, thank you for working with the Community on this issue of great
