R5-2009-0046, CHICO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, FOR POST-CLOSURE MAINTENANCE OF HUMBOLDT ROAD BURN DUMP OPERATIONAL UNIT, BUTTE COUNTY On 24 April 2009, the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (Central Valley Water Board) adopted Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. R5-2009-0046 (Order) for Chico Redevelopment Agency for Post-Closure Maintenance of Humboldt Road Burn Dump Operational Unit. In order to conserve paper and postage, paper copies are only being provided to the Discharger. Electronic copies of the Order are available on the Central Valley Water Board's internet site at hftp:l/www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalle /board decisions/adopted orders/. Those without internet access can request a paper copy by contacting Central Valley Water Board staff.
