The transfer would involve surplus water currently stored in PGWA's Middle Fork Project under Permits 13856 and 13858 (Applications 18085 and 18067). The proposed iransfier would be supplied under the combined rights, with 10,000 acre-feet transferred under each permit. PGWA proposes to transfer 20,D00 of of water currently stared in its Middle Fark Project reservoirs on the Rubicon and American Rivers to the WWD for irrigation use within the WWD service area. The following changes in the place of use and pain#s of rediversion under PCWA's permits have been- requested under the petitions: 1) allow rediversion of transfer water at the Harvey O. Bank's Pumping Plant andlor State Water Project's Clifton Court Forebay; and 2) allow use of transfer water far irrigation within the WWD service area.
