Following the release of staff adjusted Public Benefit Ratios (PBRs) for Water Storage Investment Program (WSI P)
applications, W3|Papplicants had an opportunity to appeal staff adjustments to their PBRs by submitting an appeal to
the Commission by Friday, February 23.Ten applicants submitted appeals and supporting documentation.The appeals
and related documents are now available online onthe VVG8P Project Review Portal:
Appeal documents can be found on each project's application page under the title "Public Benefit Ratio Appeal
Documents." Project application pages can be accessed by clicking "Link to Application" for each project in the top table
on the Project Review Portal, In, cases where the applicant did not submit anappeal, the P8Rappeal section does not
appear unthe project's application page.
