GHILARDUCCI SECRETARY The U.S. Small Business Administration declared the primary counties of Alameda, Morin, Tehama, and the contiguous counties of Butte, Contra Costa, Glenn, Mendocino, Plumas, San ,Toaquin, Santa Clara, Shasta, Sonoma, Stanislaus, and Trinity a disaster area. This declaration is a result of a May 31, 2012, U.S. Department of Agriculture disaster designation due to agricultural losses caused by drought beginning October 1, 2011, and continuing. The California Emergency Management Agency is providing the enclosed information regarding this declaration.
