This declaration is a result of a rune 30, 2011, USDA disaster designation due to agricultural losses caused by unseasonably warm weather followed by freezing temperatures that occurred November 23, 2010, through March 1, 2011. The California Emergency Management Agency is providing the enclosed information regarding this declaration. Please inform interested individuals, businesses, and city officials within your county of this declaration and information.
