PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
UP 13-06 -New Commercial Center {Drive-Through]: The project applicant, Kulwinder Lally, has
applied for a use permit to construct a new three unit ±4,000 square foot commercial center with a
drive-through. One of the units will be occupied by Subway Restaurant. The development will occur
at the north end of the property an the undeveloped land. The property is zoned Intensive
Commercial (C-2) and has a General Plan land use designation of Retail and Business Services.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Oraviile Planning Commission will hold a public hearing
on the project described above. Said hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 26,
2013 in the City Council Chambers, 173b Montgomery Street, Oroville, CA. All interested persons
are invited to attend or submit comments in writing.
