My wife and I purchased the property in 1982 to operate a Music School and Bed and Breakfast, which were in compliance with the existing zoning. We operated both for over 28 years and to my knowledge never had a complaint. it is my understanding this operation could not exist under the proposed zoning change. 4n our meeting on July 25, 2012 you suggested zoning the property south of Dead Horse Slough to community commercial (CC) would meet my needs. In reviewing the CC zoning I agree and request the zoning change to CC on my property. Paxcels involved: 1150 El Monte Avenue, Evers Veterinary Clinic 1145 and ~ 149 Ei Monte Avenue, Elton B. Cobeen 1147 EI Monte Avenue, Glen Wood I have discussed the CC zone with the Evers and Mr. Wood; we all agree this would be an appropriate zone. I have also discussed the zoning change with some of the other neighbors, they have no problem with a zone change to meet our needs.
