The Committee understands that this project will consolidate right-of-way authorizations under Master Special Use Authorizations, which will enable more efficient management by PG&E and the Forest Service. The Committee is especially supportive of the resource protection measures and best practices to facilitate efficient maintnenance while working to protect natural and cultural resources. Consolidating authorizations under the Master Special Use Authorizations will allow for continued PG&E access for maintenance to the important electric system infrastructure. In summary, the Butte County Federal-State Land Use Coordinating Committee supports the reissuance of powerline right-of-way authorizations to PG&E. Approval of this project will improve efficiency, develop resource protection practices, and continue to allow necessary maintenance of electric infrastructure. Thank you for the opportunity to comment. Sincerely, Peggy Moak Butte County Federal/State Land Use Committee cc: Butte County Forest Advisory Committee Butte County Board of Supervisors
