Dear Honorable Butte County Board of Supervisors.
T am writing you concerning the automatic raises for Assistant Department Heads. Tn a time
where there is County employees on layoff, there have been no cofas for over three and one
half years and we the workers have had to absorb two health insurance increases. This action of
automatic raises far Assistanfi Department Heads would be deplorable. T urge you to deny this
action until all workers can share in raises and our PERS retirement
