Dear Steve Lambert,
Your agency submitted one or more comment letters on the Delta Stewardship Council's Draft
Program EIR (November 2011 Volumes 1 and 2 andlor November 2012 Recirculated Volume 3}
for the Ce3ancil's Delta Plan.
Proposed response(s) to your agency's letter(s) are contained in the Council's Final Program
EIR, which will be available for viewingldownload an or before May fith, 2013, on the Delta
S#ewardship Council's website at htt :lldeltacouncil,ca, ovlfinal- ra rammatic-eir. This letter is
provided to you in accordance with Public Resources Code 21092.5(a).
The Deity Stewardship Council currently pions to consider the Final Program EIR for
certification at a public meeting on May 16-17, 2013, starting at gam at the Ramada Inn, 1250
Halyard Drive, West Sacramento, CA 95691.
