The California Fish and Game Commission (Commission) adopts changes to
California's sport fishing regulations on an annual basis. As required by the California
Environmental Quality Act, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department)
is providing Public Notice of the completion of an Initial Study/Legative Declaration
(IS/LD) for a proposed project to amend' the current Central Valley salmon sport fishing
regulations,
